努力追回被雅虎域名扣走的69.9刀

从开始看到paypal被扣 69.9美金，其中paypal 余额4.99美元不足从信用卡扣钱后，我就赶紧想办法解决。

首先赶紧在paypal 调解中心提交交易争议，接下来先取消循环付款！（就是因为当时没有取消，导致现在被扣费，这个太BM了）

经过搜索调取paypal 09年9月份到10年3月1号的记录，终于锁定了是在什么时候帮别人代注的域名，

两个域名分别是1月4号和1月5号购买注册的，其中一个域名是da3.org，已经发邮件给他本人了，可能没音信，另外一个不知道。

今天是2010年12月22号，按照一年后循环扣费的规定，也不应该这样扣吧！

于是下午就在hostloc 和free8 咨询会员，又自己搜了一些资料。最有效的莫过于：

 刚刚给 招行打电话了 她说搞不定 他们没办法阻止扣费！唯一方法就是联系paypal ，达成一致，下次不再循环扣费了！继续等paypal 争议和Yahoo 客服的回应！
